If you're having trouble with them, invest in the Caliburn, the car that handles well, and it won't be a problem.
the best car for speed and maneuverability is caliburn, get one, get used to the mechanics and you won't have any problem whatsoever
and everytime claire gives you the option to pick which car you'll ride, pick yours cuz her truck sucks
Or get it for free. It's a nice & fast car indeed.
Like, OK, they don't want you to *kill* a certain racer before that choice is supposed to come up, but they at least could let you damage a vehicle to the point where it drops out of the race.
That's a win in my book.
I am very used to the handling after 1200+ hours so I guess that helps. I would definitely prefer the cars not to have that weird rotation around a center point. Reminds me of Colin McRae Rally. If they aimed for a bit more realism to make driving feel more intuitive it would go a long way.
I know there are mods out there that alters the handling, but I haven't tried any yet. I just doubt that any mod can fully cure the weird rotating thing.
