The in-game attribute respec will not work under certain conditions.

For example iffen you have selected the Renaissance perk and your installed cyberware would exceed capacity limits without that perk, it will not let you re-allocate attribute points until you have uninstalled enough of your cyberware parts to be below the regular limit without the perk.

One way to circumvent this limitation -or repec again after you already used up the in-game option- is this here CET command:

LvL = XYZ; AttrType = gamedataStatType.ABC; DS = PlayerDevelopmentSystem.GetInstance(Game.GetPlayer()):GetDevelopmentData(Game.GetPlayer()); DS:SetAttribute(AttrType, LvL)

Copy+paste this as is, only replace XYZ with the desired attribute's score you want, and replace ABC with the attribute you want to change.
