How to unlock tier 5 cyberwires?

My street lvl is 50. My normal lvl is 34. İ unlocked tier 4 cyberwires but i need tier 5 becase i do lots of side quests and i have lots of money. İ need op character for mainstory quests but i cant unlock tier 5 cyberwires why?

cyberware from ripperdocs are tied to your level.... level 10 the tier 2's unlock.... level 20 the tier 3's unlock.... level 30 the tier 4's unlock...

only other way to increase them faster is by dismantling and upgrading them through components...

you can dupe some junk, dismantle it and get tier 5++ cyberware at level 3

Yeah, go to the ripperdoc and upgrade with components. Otherwise you'll have to wait until around character level 40.

Components are harder to get unless you "do this thing" if you're on PS5.
Each Tier of components in Crafting requires x number of the previous level which increase that Tier when the next higher Tier is crafted.
I've done 4 plays now. You level up fairly quickly well into the 20's. If you become too overpowered too soon then the game becomes so easy.
