The Maimai P126 is the best car in the game, and it´s not even close.

It´s one of the cheapest cars, it greets you politely in japanese with "Ohayo gozaimasu" when you get into it, it´s really fun and enjoyable to drive, easy to park anywhere.

It´s also one of the few cars you can actually drive from inside the cabin without crashing every 10 secs, but one of the coolest features about it, is that the wing doors open up, when you ready your gun. I absolutely love that lol.

LOL. I can't driver any car without crashing every 10 seconds I stick to bikes but mostly I just walk and fast ravel. Driving is usually awful in most games anyway and it's pretty bad here too, especially in the city, where it's tight and crowded. Outside of the city is somewhat more enjoyable.

True, the car is awesome. I want to try some of the new armoured vehicles, but atm I am unfortunately stuck at 10/11 Reyes gigs, and I haven´t seen any new ones, so i hope it´s not a bug.

They have nothing to do with gigs. The vehicle jobs they're referring to don't unlock until you get to Dogtown.
