boss not spawning: terra cognita

ive been trying to finish the increased criminal activity missions and the drone in terra cognitia just isnt there ive gone trough the whole building and taken out all the turret but the boss remains mia

x2, not even the new patch 2.02 fixed that

That one works for me(v2.13) within reason I killed the drone but it blocked the door to the legendary weapon... i've been at it for 30 minutes trying to figure out wtf to do

EDIT:: If the drone ends up blocking the door just reload the game and it'll fix it
