Graphical Spike-like Artifacts / Glitch
I've seen others glitches about DLSS but it's nothing like mine. I couldn't find any cases similar to this. Tried discord and reddit, no one responses nor knows why. So I'm trying my luck here...

I've tried fresh installed without mods. Turned off DLSS and/or RT. Cranked down graphical settings to lowest. Nothing helps, these 'spikes' just persists.

I get them too in every game that I've modded. I think it's GPU related, and not necessarily because the GPU is faulty. I think in larger scale games that require lots of instant rendering, these things will happen more. CDPR basically overhauled the entire game to include frame generation and this is a side effect of that. 95% of the time the game looks great, but the other 5% looks like that. Frustrating since Idk for sure what causes the textures and models to break and if it can be fixed.

its not lol, this happened when you have mods that alter the model meshes including shadow mod. This bug pretty common to me when i was heavily modded the game and too bad certain mod need to be update their mesh like panam enhanced body or hair mods or boob physic mods. You need to clean and verify back your files
