Is the quest Sinnerman currently broken?

As the title says. I came back to the game after the update and at this point, arived at getting this particular quest. Thing is, it seems to be broken. I just cant get past the part where I have to chase the NCPD car at the beginning, problem being that the client allways cries about "They got away!" and kicks me out of the car, even if the transporter is within 40 meters, no matter what I do.
Did I just got horribly rusty or has anyone else been expieriencing this problem?

Stop hitting civilians. Quest isn't bugged.

I too was not able to do the Sinnerman mission.
Each time I tried I got the 'they got away' mission failed within the first 10 seconds of the game even though I was in spitting distance of the truck. Must have tried it 10 times with the same result.
This was one of around four of the original missions I couldn't complete because they were bugged.
My guess is they got broken by the updates and never re-tested.

no issues here with this one but sometimes quest just don't work for me. loading a previous (manual) savegame usually helps.

I didn't have any issues with Sinnerman but I did have a bizarre one with Bloody Ritual where the cyberpsycho spawned on top of some crates and just stood there staring.. I was able to walk around behind her and take her down with a grab. Completely skipped her whole sequence coming out of the fridge.

Yeah 90% of issues will be trying to use older saves with 2+ patch.

i just did this quest, no issues. make sure you arent using an older save
