Berserked (invincibility).
Crouched (40% mitigation chance with perks)
or Blocking (samurai sword can block)
Otherwise you'll die in 3 hits.
Actually, I played only on Very Hard. My first character on 2.0 was with cool and reflexes (throwing knives), and yeah, died on 1/2 hits. But in my actual character, I wasted some time grinding levels, so I'm 60 starting DLC now after every missions and gigs from base game. I basically built my character as a bodybuilder netrunner, so 20 STR + 20 INT and 20 TECH too. Max cyberware and with some consumables upgrades as well. Right now, I basically don't die. I have 2 lives (from cyberware) and I haven't needed the second in most of combat. Mitigation do a great work on defense, better than armor I think.
For a no cyberware run, probably I think blocking with a katana should work without depending on cyberware.
