German version of DLC

Hello playas ! I have strange question. Im very confused. I bought cyberpunk 2077 in netherland by netherland shop as first game to my steamdeck which i ordered there too. So i have uncensored NL version, full version. BUT....
i bought new DLC preorder, by accidentialy german shop ( i working here temporary i work NL, DE, BE ) my shop is changed now and i cant change back. This versions will be compatible ? Because germans cut game and make it censored. Did my german DLC version will be censored now too or full game will be censored ? How it works now ?

I think i should give DLC back, and buy it again when ill back to NL to get full non censored version. Am i right ?

There is no censorship in the german version, never was. The german version is the 'international' version.

AFAIK the ME version is censored (no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (no putting penis on females), no homosexuality) and the japanese (no dismemberment, pixilated genitalia).

Oh, and country censorship is applied via IP filterig while downloading. Meaning if you log in and download the game from Dubai, you'll get the version with no homosexuality. Doesn't matter where you buy it.

Hello thanks for answer. Its a bit oposite with opinion of other user. He said , the game version is totally depends of country where you buy it. No matter where download, if buy as german shop, is kind a bounded to german version. .. confused again

The german version has absolutely no differences to the official version.

So my main game NL and DLC from DE will be compatible and there is no risk to get censored on DE dlc ?

Yes, there is no censorship in Germany. Idk where you have this idea from tbh.

Because german games are censored much more and im not sure wchich of them, internet says , the steam dont warn you about cut games. I dont want to pay for cut game. i accidentialy changed my shop when traveled here to work( germany ). I was afraid to get not full games .

Censorship was a thing for Games... uff 20 years ago? Cant remember one game in the last decade that had a other version. The only thing today is the Age rating and thats it, as in other countrys.

Only censoring in Germany are Swastikas and / or presentation of NS-symbols in a non-historical way.

But even this is not so strict anymore. As long a game / movie / series show that stuff for historical and educational purposes, it can be allowed.

But i think Cyberpunk is safe from it ;)

There used to be lots of censorship in games in germany, but they pretty much gave up. Doesn't work anyway if you can just buy your games anywhere in the world.

The only thing still censored here is swatiskas/ss-runes and the like (and even that is more of wishfull thinking on their behalf).

In any way: I bought this game at launch in germany, with a german account, and I've been chopping of arms ans legs, blowing of heads and blundgeoning people to death with giant dildos.

The only 'censoring' that I'm aware of are the band-aids that females wear over their nipples, but that seems to be region independent.

If you say that, why Dying Light is total banned ? Thats censored for me. You cant even buy it on german steam.. i bought key from difrent legit shop , but i cant download a DLCs :/ most threads about DL2 is about censored version. This topic is very controversal and im still not sure. Maybe i buy it.. and check myself, and then give game back if is censored. But even if not, germans can change it anyti.e i think. Situation is not stable and clear for me. But maybe im overthinker. I still waiting what Techland will say about that, but already they told me to send game back to steam, retrieve money, and buy it from polish shop.

Dildos in cyberpunk ? Possible but i wasnt know about that haha ! I found one in San Andreas, so why not in CP.
