problem with "Burning Desire" quest

when I click follow quest, no mark appears on the map and there is no one at the quest location

From what I remember you don't get a single point you have to follow the line which only goes to the next road junction. You NEED a car to take him to the ripperdoc Cassius Ryder.

If you pick up the quest and don't do it, then something bad happens to him and it's time limited. Once I didn't take him just to see what happens.
