Misty's Epic Meditation

I did some experimenting and found the quest "Heroes" (Jackie's funeral) appears to be the catalyst for Misty's catatonic state in her Esoterica shop.

The fix is pretty easy, if you already have CET, since the fix requires a single console command.

The console command: Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr("misty_default_on",1)

After the command, save your game and reload it, she should reset. It might be possible to leave the area and she'll reset as well, but reloading may take less time.
