If its the Former :
you need to edit the .toml file and change the appropriate entries there according to what GPU you have, then apply the registry fix file included in the mod to spoof the game into thinking you have an RTX 4000 gpu.
If its the Latter :
if you've already installed all the need files and applied the registry fix, you only need to enable DLSS in the games option (XeSS option also works but it sometimes has issues) FG should start working the moment you enter into the game since its enabled by default in this mod, no need to enable the FrameGen option the games options menu.
To know if the mod is working, just press the Insert key on you're keyboard to bring up the optiscaler overlay. On the Optiscaler overlay, It's usually set to XeSS by default, but FSR and DLSS (if you have an RTX 2000/3000 gpu) should also be usable, albeit a bit buggy (would sometimes break FG functionailty).
