It is completely made up, just like every other car in the game except the Porsche.

If it's the cars style you like then according to the wiki:
"The vehicle's livery resembles that of Ken's 1965 Ford Mustang "Hoonicorn" RTR, a car specially built for Gymkhana."
(I'm not a 100% sure what any of that means .)

If it's the shape of the car you like then it's in game name is a Quadra Type-66 640 TS.
So....basically a spots car. So if you're trying to find something that looks like it, I'd start there.
