What's with the blur?
Anyone else notice that certain animations and texture movements go all blurry while in motion? The easiest example is being in a car, stationary, and turning the wheel left and right. The tires blur. And this happens all the time. With screen readouts, with eyelid blinks, etc. What is that?

maybe you put sharpness in dlss too high?

I just talked to misty (stationary in front of her desk) and for some reason Right side screen was blurry-er and left side was "normal" I stop there a min and scratched my head.. , it's broken, there's seem to be artifacts.

I only have blur like you describe at sharpness greater than 0.50
only 1 side of screen as described by burnit is something I've never experienced.

Also, Blur is an Effect, you could try turning it off.
Also called, Depth of Field (DoF).

I've noticed this as well. Peoples arms sometimes blur while they are talking to you, and a whole bunch of other things as well.

I have sharpness at 0 and depth of field off, so what the other comments suggested isn't it.

I've noticed it while running, and it drives me nuts. I've tried running it natively 1440p, still happens. Balanced, quality, performance DLSS modes all still show blur. And yes, motion blur is off.

I kinda just gave up after tweaking every damn setting and nothing changed it.

Oh I turn motion blur off in every game. It's the first thing I do after inverting my Y axis.

i fixed my insane blurry smearing ugly face and messy hair by turning off a settings i didnt even see and know

the " Ray Reconstruction "

I had the same problem it drove me crazy even playing in ultra

I hadn't even paid attention to this option when restarting the game with my new setup..

I didn't really pay attention to what this option added but it's day and night in terms of face and hair in terms of texture and details. and no more ghosting at all

end the pixel mush by deactivating it
