Free vehicles won’t show up in garage

I have a problem where the free vehicles won’t show up in garage after getting them does anyone know how to fix it?

They are only appear in a dropdown list when you press V on PC. They are not physically anywhere except the ones you get for completing fixer gigs and then they are only there when you pick them up the first time.

There is no garage in the game for V at all. You basically order any vehicle you own/want by holding V. Pressing it will automatically spawn one you used last time.

They should only appear once, then after you get into them they are only available from your "v key" menu.

V has no garage. What you're talking about is simply a garage, not V's personal garage. Any car there is spawned randomly and it's basically nobody's and are locked.
