nocturne op55n1
Is this the last mission? And if I finish it, all the side quests I left behind will "disappear?"

After you finish the game, you come back to a point before the "Nocturne op55n1" and you can finish up any left over missions.

Or start op55n1 again and pick a different ending (without needing to play the entire game again).
