How to unlock all the cars in the autofixer?

I have done alot of car jacking missions for Muamar, and even done the one that rewards me with the weaponized car, but still I have a few cars that remain locked.

How do I unlock all of the cars?

Max street cred. That I know of.

As was mentioned by others, certain cars have certain requirements. To find those out hover or click on the car and it'll tell you the requirements.

I am already lvl 46, max street cred a long time ago, but still I have a few that is locked.

If you hover cursor over a locked one, it will tell you what is needed to unlock.

The Terrier is my favorite car in the game. Looks and performance. Great when driving in car. it was the 'hero car' for my last playthrough.

Can you explain what you mean by 'radiant fixer car theft missions'?

I have been stealing cars for muamar but those cars remain locked.
Is it a specific mission that I will encounter further down the track? Or do you mean I need to keep stealing more cars for him?
I have already delivered the medic truck for him.
