How many attributes can I focus on?
I'm thinking maybe reflex, tech and intelligence, but idk if that's too much.

Do I get enough if everything to get like 2 maxed and one half or maybe one maxed and 2 half?

No spoilers please. Still not very far in the game, and just trying out play styles.

You can get all Attributes to 9 or 10 and be very powerful in all of them. After that, you should be able to figure out for yourself where you want to go higher. One thing I'd say is that going to 20 in any Attribute isn't really necessary, unless you REALLY want it. Just study what the Perks at various levels gets you.

Yeah, most seem to just reinforce certain playstyles, which is pretty great! Meaning, nothing is really useless, but you can buff stuff up if you like playing like that.

Pretty cool!

If you are going for a melee/sandi/berserk/compressor build, points in Int are wasted.

With DLC I think I have tech and intelligence maxed at 20 each and then 17, 15, 10. I'd have to look but I think I could only max two while still getting other skills balanced but always had 2 points that just didn't do anything but make the level higher which is the 17. I found tech and intelligence really were beneficial to my playstyle and made a huge difference to open at 20. Some I didn't want the traits at 20 so it gives a lot of chance to make really powerful but still well rounded builds.

I think I have like 326 cyberware power and maybe 1200 health and it looks like there is plenty of room to take those up a lot but I don't know how that would happen as I seem pretty maxed out and most content completed.

Cool! It's nice to see that a balanced stat distribution also works.

Usually s jack of all trades don't work well in games.

Once upon a time I was unbeatable in a duel troll shaman in world of warcraft with a 21-20-20 build.
I sorta was famous on bloodhoof server for it seemed no one ever even tried it out or understood how it worked lol.
but then they patched it and forced to pick one full tree :( saddest day in my gaming life lol

All 5 attributes start at 3, you get 7 points to distribute at level 1, then +1 per level after that. So at level 50 you'd have a total of 56 points. It takes 17 points to raise an attribute to 20 which means you can raise 3 of them to 20 (for a total of 51 points) by level 50, leaving 5 points left over for the remaining 2 attributes. So if you really want you can be a 20, 20, 20, 8, and 3.

Decide where you want to dump most of your points from the getgo - specialise. Don't go even spread/jack of all trades.

you don't need everything , just remember pistols are the best weapons and unlock all the ability for pistols and you are god , even whit hard difficult its too easy when you unlock op things , and some armor body upgrades.
