Only bug I can think of is very occasionally if you are on a road at ground lvl and their is another road higher up when you summon your vehicle it will sometimes spawn on the wrong road, but it's annoying but doesn't happen that often.
Have you verified the integrity of the game files?
I dont have any mods. Eventually calling a vehicle does nothing. It's a known bug that only going back to main menu and reloading solves.
Sometimes i call a vehicle and dont actually get in and fast travel somewhere. Then it doesnt work again. Sometimes i use it 3 times in a row and like 4th time it wont work.
Yes, I know, "It hasn't happened to me" doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I don't mean to imply that. But I also haven't heard of it until now.

Someone suggested double jumping and pressing V, ill try that next time.
Annoying as heck sometimes because it stops the momentum you're in. Hope they can patch it some day. I actually began having this issue about 100hrs in. Prior to that, I never experienced it before. Maybe because I was mostly on foot when I ran my first playthrough.
Tho I miss the car flying towards me from another street and then killing me bug
This happens occasionally, and usually resolves after I fast travel or reload the game.
Bummer.
Well, I don't want to be a voice of false hope here, but the truth of it is, we don't know if they'll come back to fix anything any time soon. Powel and Gabe have been asked about the game's status after they determined it was a wrap and Gabe said there's possibilities in the future if it's doable. Right now, they're all busy with the Witcher stuff and the sequel to Cyberpunk. As far as story DLCs like Phantom Liberty, they said it's 100% done.
Bug fixes are based on open and not very costly or time consuming opportunities.
If you're a fan of this game, I'd let out a small sigh of relief to that.
We don't know what can happen in the future with this game.
(Is it multiple playthroughs to go through all the endings by restarting at Nocturne even though everything up to that point is one playthrough? "100%-ish" meaning sidequests concluded as I wanted to maximize the number of sidequests and favorable conclusions when possible, but some things are mutually exclusive regarding side-quest arcs. Can't 100% absolutely everything in one run when some things have different ways to complete them.)
