Hello everyone, there was a problem that I completed the game, all the orders, fighting crime, etc., but the fixer Dakota Smith does not issue orders, hangs 6 out of 9 completed, the next orders from her do not fall, who knows what’s wrong - help

How about reputation level? some quests appear after hitting certain rep level and doing contracts for fixers

Also one of her gigs IIRC is at Biotechnica Flats and not Badlands.

Biotechnica Flats ARE in the Badlands. The Southern Badlands. There are also Northern Badlands and Eastern Badlands, where Dakota Smith is located.
The fixer zone borders have different colours. Zoom in an out until you can see it. Dakota gives gigs South and East of the Captain´s zone.
