so with the changes all ripper have the same stuff to sell...
so do the unique cyber ware no longer have to be hunted down?
what about the one ripper you can get a 20% discount from? dose he become the best simply due to lower cost?

Afaik all rippers have the same stuff now, except for the ones in Dogtown that carry the iconic stuff aswell.

Everyone has the same stuff....so there is nothing to "hunt" for anymore. Feel free to punch Fingers in the face, he no longer has exclusive things.

There is no variance in the rippers, so your choice is mostly a head canon thing. If you're comfortable going under the knife with Fingers or Bucks, be my guest. Personally, I've never been merciful enough to let either live.

Most importantly, you should be so insanely rich you don't even think about how much cyberwear costs.

If youre asking about Best in terms of roleplay... Vik is the go-to for everyone. Corpo V likes the one in Charter Hill where he grew up, he used to go to her uncle. Street V likes the one in Tino territory and the old tattoohead in Watson. Nomad V is most comfortable with the nomad ripper, but only after getting to trust them.

Finn is a rapist, Bucks simply accepted chop shop parts...witch is worse is a moral debate not meant for this place.

Most people in NC are notoriously pragmatic, as well.

Even without any discount and if you max out tech asap, you will not be able to install more chrome than you can afford provided you always buy early and upgrade it yourself. And since chrome is the only thing that you really want to spend money for (unless you have missed a particular gun), the discount is irrelevant.
Anyway, my fav rippers are Vic and that Russian chick. However, I buy all my stuff in Dogtown due to the iconic stuff.
I was always wondering why the vast majority of docs is male in this game. I would prefer to get screwed (on) by a lady.
