Any way to fix not getting phone calls/messages?
I just completed Full Disclosure and I've been waiting for a phone call from Fred, Mr Hands, Panam, and Judy, but nobody is calling. I didn't notice that Fred didn't call after completing Transmission but now that I'm waiting on others to call, I'm kinda just stuck. I've tried all the workarounds that I found online like waiting 24 hours far away, loading an older save and then reloading the current save, as well as driving across the entire map but nothing is working.

I still haven't continued with Takemura's quests so I'm going to go meet with him right now to see if that does anything, but this is the only other thing I can do short of restarting my entire game. Anyone have any ideas? I recall having this issue on my first run through the game, but that was on patch 1.5 and I was able to fix it by simply sleeping somewhere for 24 hours in one-hour increments and then I got multiple phone calls one after the other but that hasn't worked in my current game.

Update: I found an old thread on Reddit that stated someone was able to get their phone calls working again by going back up the elevator to Clouds, hanging around inside the reception area for a few minutes (since you can't go back into Clouds itself) and then leaving back down the elevator. As soon as I exited the lobby, I got a call from Mr Hands, Panam, Nix, Claire, the woman who leads you to River Ward, another contact for Sinnerman, and Takemura. Still haven't gotten a call from Coach Fred so I'm hoping that is just another elevator somewhere that I need to retake to get everything back on track.
Just chill a bit, these things do happen

My backup save from when I originally completed Transmission to now is over 23 real time hours of playing. The phone calls were bugged and I'm not sure why but using the elevator at Clouds seemed to have fixed them for now. Besides, I completed the entire map of side missions, gigs, and NCPD spots so I'd say I "chilled" more than long enough.

I can only surmise that there's quest triggers built into locations that are set in places you normally go through and that missing these triggers is what causes everything to lock up. Elevators seem like a likely source since you can't get in or out of most buildings without them. I just have to go back and retrace the Beat The Brat quests to see if I accidentally skipped a trigger somewhere. I know none of the fights take place near elevators but I did parkour my way to the twins and to the arroyo fight so hopefully it's just a matter of walking down the footpaths that will hit the triggers. Or maybe it's completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I won't be able to complete Coach Fred's side quest, but for now everything else is working.
