Report a translation problem
this is with 1080p in mind and RT off btw (not sure if 1660 can do RT anyways idk)
My settings:
XESS = Ultra Quality (sharpening = 0)
V-Sync = on
FPS cap = 54 fps
Crowd density = medium
-----------
All other settings maximum except:
SSR = high
Volumetric fog = high
With those settings you should get quite a good picture quality and smooth gameplay. Maybe your CPU is a bit better than mine. Then you can try for 60 fps and adjust a bit things like Volumetric fog for example.

No Raytracing of course.
