screen space reflection, ambient occlusion, mirror quality, and local shadow quality i think affects fps from most to not so much, keep them on low or medium. pretty much everything else can stay on high or ultra. keep fsr or xess enabled and you should be looking at 60 fps most of the time.

this is with 1080p in mind and RT off btw (not sure if 1660 can do RT anyways idk)

Thank you, tbh I barely even know what ray tracing does lol, as long the game performs well graphics tend to be secondary for me. Thanks again.

I used a 1660ti, 16GB RAM, with Cyberpunk for a couple years and it ran fine. Just keep only the essentials on Ultra (textures), run it in 1080 with FSR or the Intel upscaling,

I have a GTX1660 and i7-4790k with 16 GB RAM.

My settings:

XESS = Ultra Quality (sharpening = 0)
V-Sync = on
FPS cap = 54 fps
Crowd density = medium
-----------
All other settings maximum except:
SSR = high
Volumetric fog = high

With those settings you should get quite a good picture quality and smooth gameplay. Maybe your CPU is a bit better than mine. Then you can try for 60 fps and adjust a bit things like Volumetric fog for example.

Edit:
No Raytracing of course.
