Driving sucks. Fixes?
So my cars accelerate way too fast and take turns way too fast. I'd like to enjoy driving at a reasonable speed. Is there a key for this or something?

In Controls settings, turn Steering Sensitivity down to 1. By default it is at 100, which is intended for Controllers.

Makes driving much more enjoyable and immersive.

Yeah, not gonna do that but thanks.

then why ask for fixes when you are unwilling to use suggestions?

Gamepad controllers are great for gaming for a lot of video games these days.

Driving games for one, including Cyberpunk 2077 driving, I also have used it for Mad Max among others.

A whole slew of action games are a lot easier than using a keyboard and more of these are available on PC than back in the day when the idea of keyboard/mouse only got cemented into the minds of PC gamers.

A heck of a lot of 3rd person games are a lot more fun, Skyrim with True First Person mod is a whole new game and is best with controller for one.

Anyway you asked for a solution for Cyberpunk 2077 driving the solution ultimately is a game controller.

I use an Elite, sorry its not a cheap controller however after having used a few I happen to know that most of them are built cheap and thus break some withen a month of purchase.

Other than that, your going to have to look for a mod from Nexus and that is no promise it will fix it as well as using a controller.

Get a Motor Cycle.

Keyboard sensitivity suggestion above and, yes, motorbikes are a lot easier. But at the end of the day the difference between using a controller and a keyboard is night and day and given that a few missions require you to drive a car and this is a really, really good game, if you can stretch to it I really do recommend a controller.

I bought one for this because after a few driving missions I was about to give up on the game. It made driving almost enjoyable with cars, and definitely fun with bikes. The advantage of a controller is that steering, braking and accelerating are all pressure sensitive. So you can do it gently, unlike with a keyboard.

driving in this game always sucked. Its not like GTAV where driving around is actually fun, in this game is a chore.

fun is subjective. also cyberpunk 2077 isnt GTA. the driving is implemented completely differently in both games.

Couple of mods that help "Cyber Vehicle Overhaul" and "Cyberpunk Gear Ratios" - throw in the "Car Modification Shop" to modify your vehicles - and you are all set...
Make sure you download the latest versions of any mod dependencies - and set your game not to auto update and you are ready to go
