There's no news on any sort of dates for anything. All we know so far is that the marketing for Phantom Liberty will properly start in June. (Source: CDPR's last shareholder update.)

I believe CDPR has said that they won't be doing marketing far in advance of the release. In the Cyberpunk world, August 20 was a very important day...I'd bet a dollar something will happen on that date.

Personally, I'm just as anxious about Patch 1.7. IMO it needs to arrive _first_ to get all the bugs worked out, preparing the way for Phantom Liberty.
