Mirror in your apartment gives options to change aesthetic aspects, Riperdocs gives options to change physical aspects. So yep.
A nice mod to get is the one that gives mirror full options plus presets saving..

I believe the voice, body type and tattoos you cannot change.

Everything else you can either through the mirror or a Ripperdoc.

They are saying that you can't change those things even with a Ripperdoc.
The most obscene of which are tattoos... if you can FKING replace 2/3 of your arm with a giant blade..... tattoo removal shouldn't be difficult... but yeah, it is what it is.

So yeah, in addition to the tattoo situation...
You can give Valerie a sex-change and deck her out with a brand-new penis; however, the tits and feminine voice are there to stay. (I like the female V voice actress better anyways, personally)

Just as the others above already posted, you can change those at the ripperdoc.

Spada, if you actually read the replies you would see that you can change those.

What you cannot change at a mirror you can change at a ripperdoc. Except those few things others have mentioned multiple times.

Yes, the only thing you cant change is your body mass.
2 different voices for each male and female Char.
Eye colors, nose, mouth, ears, chinn,jaw, haircutt, tatoo´s, fingernails(color), haircolor.
You cant sellect to look like Jacky as example, bc V´s body is always the same size.

when, in fact, unless something was deleted, they weren't repeating themselves at all ...

You can make major changes to your body at a ripperdoc.

For those that _do_ want to change or delete tattoos, I have used a Vortex mod Customize Tattoos at Ripperdocs sith success.
