Easiest way to remove all mods

Haven't played since last year and want to make a new load order from scratch. My mods folder only has 6 mods inside, and I know I have a lot more currently installed than that (and don't remember what half of them are or where they're at). What's the easiest way to just remove everything all at once and have a clean slate to start modding from square one?

Uninstall the mod loader or mods

The easiest and most complete is a clean install but it's not the quickest.

delete everything in "archive/pc/mod" and "mods" then delete
bin
engine
r6
red4ext (if you have it)

then verify integrity and run the game at least once after then its as good as new. ive been doing this for a year with no issue.
