1. What is "quick succession"?
2. What is "close combat"?
Looks like "quick succession" is relatively forgiving in practice and attempt it at basically point-blank range. Try finding like 6 enemies in one place and just walk up to them and kill them all in 3 seconds.
If it doesn't work then then I guess it's bugged. I can't imagine not simply getting this through normal play.
The only thing I can think of is that they had grey icons over their heads.
I had to work hard to get this one...dunno if it's a bug or purposely made difficult. The time window must be absurdly short. Eventually I used Sandevistan and a Burya pistol and got it with three headshots.
I haven't tried it yet.
Equip Johnny's gun.
Behind the glen apartment there are 3 valentinos, use quick hacks: Overheat and Short Circuit to instantly take them out, it doesn't kill them. Pick them up, place them so each of their heads are next to each other.
Save the game. Reload the save. They'll be alive, but it won't show the red marker. That's fine, now crouch down. and shoot each of them as quick as you can.
The achievement should now pop. It might take a few tries, but that's what the save is for.
I did exactly what BlackBloodRum said and no achievement, I tried a few times.
