If you fail any quest with Judy or Panam that will end the quest line and lock you out of completing their quest.
You have to go back and save Takemura when you get the opportunity in the climax of his quest line.
Getting to max level without maxing at least one attribute will lock you out of getting max level in one skill since skills are capped at the level of their governing attribute.
I assume you also have to find Johnny's car for the achievement that requires you to collect all of Johnny Silverhand's items, which is missable. IE: You have to spare Adam Smasher's henchman when you get chance during the mission on the ship with Rogue.
The one for crafting 3 legendary items requires the legendary crafting perk at Technical 18, so make sure to boost it up before you hit level 50.
The achievement for reviving with Second Heart needs you to have 16 body in order to equip second heart, so again make sure to boost it up before you hit level 50.
You don't need the car surprisingly.
Though you don't actually have to spare the guy to obtain it either since you can still loot the key from him and activate the box anyway, he just won't spell out where the box is for you you'll need to find it yourself.
You can miss Johnny's pants though since they're found in a random Heywood gig in an unimportant container, and I don't think you can return to that apartment after you leave.
100% the game make, a lot of manual saves and and you can go back and try to achieve the ones you miss. It took me several playthroughs to get them all.
Are you sure you don't have to just 'buy' those cars?
Meaning it's a money saving quest rather than 'finding' some of them and buying the others?
There is a couple of cars that nearly everyone misses you see.
Both are connected to Panam.
(But both of them are not given by her)
I'll probably never collect all the buyable cars...I just don't care. I doubt if I'll seek out all the Fast Travel terminals. I still need to distract 30 enemies and remain undetected [surprised I haven't done this] and I don't normally use Berserk in the game but perhaps I'll make a point of it.
(also I disagree with it being difficult, I'm over halfway done and its just a matter of affording the cars which is easy when youre trying to 100% the game)
As far as endings go, I plan on saving prior to, and just loading up to get different endings.
As far as the pistol achievement, I got that one very easily at the beginning of the game when you play as Johnny during his flashback scene at Arasaka Tower
I'd also like to add the achievement for Rogue, the one for Johnny's clothes, and the one for Kerry's story can all also be missed if you constantly knock Johnny back. Just keep agreeing to everything Johnny wants and you'll be fine, but if you keep refusing him and being antagonistic then you miss out on a fair bit of content plus some achievements.
I didn't even think to account for bugs interfering with the car purchases... I've already bought a good bit of them, I guess I should actually check if I have all the missions...
And thanks for mentioning the clothes achievement... Actually got worried about that one today cause I never found his shoes but the mission popped after I finished all of westbrook
