Weapon Mod Stacking

If I put two mods of the same type on my pistol, for instance 2 mods with Pyro 20%, does the weapon receive a 40% boost to Pyro, or does the weapon just receive a flat boost from whichever mod has the higher value?

From my experience, the Pyro mod stacks as do several others. I haven't tested them all, so I can't account for every mod but, yes, Pyro mod does stack. Iirc, the stats on the particular weapon you mod will actually reflect the mods.

Yes, they stack. The game even shows it when you compare a double modded version with a single or not modded version. Only exception are obviously effects such as "non-lethal" as there is no such thing as double non-lethality.

Funny enough, I found today two Legendary guns that had 2 PAX ( non-lethal ) slotted in each of them.

These criminal punks don't know ♥♥♥♥ about modding weapons haha!

That makes perfect sense on a silenced gun, because you get twice the 20% damage before you enter combat. I am barely using silenced weapons anymore, but I remeber I used 2 Pax and a Cetus silencer on a Nue 5++ and had no problem taking out skulls on very hard without breaking stealth.
