Help Identifying Stash Wall Weapons

Is there a way to see the actual name of the weapon when looking at the weapon while it's on the wall? Also, how do you know if a weapon is a stash wall weapon after you pick it up?

Unfortunately, there's isn't, at least not without modding. You will have to base on visual recognition. As for whether a weapon is a wall weapon, you can look up lists like the following to check.

It categorizes by which wall section they are on.

I have looked for a mod that identifies the weapon on the wall and I have not found one on nexus. Does such a mod exist elsewhere?
It just seems stupid to have a "trophy wall" and not be able to identify what the trophy is when looking at it. It makes the whole thing pointless.
