Is there a 2nd Cyberpunk DLC on the way in 2025?

I have seen Cyberpunk new updates while previously the devs said it's finished, which makes me wonder, are there signs this would lead towards a 2nd DLC or what's the purpose of all of this?

They said no more DLC but also said no more updates, so maybe they changed their mind?

I mean, they already work on the Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk Orion.

I really wish to rob that casino in The Sun ending and maybe find a new cure from blue eyes. Or maybe actually going on the moon with that cut space port.

I want more of V & freeroam interactions (more at bars, casinos, parties, house interiors, random interactive events on the street, more use of map verticality floors, more megabuildings and floors to explore, police interaction, corpos interactions, the stadium being done, etc) & friends interactions (beside main story and missions), etc; but I don't want to get my hopes up, and there's just a lot of news with the new patches right now.

And I watched a lot of cut content on youtube so maybe some of that is added back into the game? hardcore mode, gang interactions,

So what's up with that? What should I expect? Can anyone who keeps up with these explain me?

There are no indications of any major content being added to the game. According to info from CDPR there are no devs assigned to work on it. I personally suspect we'll see minor updates and DLC from time to time...in the order of Patch 2.21, which gave us a few new features. This work was contracted out, and more is possible IMO...but nobody is saying anything about it, and I'm not holding my breath for it.

There are a number of talented modders giving us interesting stuff...a complete modding kit released by CDPR would lead to even more new features and tweaks to the game...if that ever happens.

My understanding is that CD Project Red is not going to be developing anymore DLS for this game, but as you said, still are releasing patches. Hard to say how long that will go, but they are working on the Witcher 4 as well as I believe they started Cyberpunk 2, so don't expect anymore DLC for this game. Of course, if I am wrong, it would be a welcomed change, haha.

Yeah, from what I understand they’re focusing on Project Orion (Cyberpunk 2) and Witcher 4.
