60 fps is very good for 60Hz monitor which i have. You don't understand what i say about 0.1% lows and 1% lows. These are key metrics which affect the sense of fluidity, not the average. And regardless of whether I put it on the lowest settings and I have 120 fps average or high and I have about 75 on average. Lows are always about 30. Feels like shi**.
I didn't say I didn't like your topic. I'm responding to your topic that different people like different games. If you truly want to understand why a lot of people like this game, then you can keep playing it. It's the story telling, the music, being immersed in some other world, role playing, exploring, developing a character, and many other reasons. If you still don't get it, then I doubt words can explain it to you.
And why do you care is a valid question. If you just want to understand why, then keep playing it. If you still can't understand why, then don't worry about it. Different people like different things.
reviews are quite often related to personal opinions...............what some people like and what some people don't like. No one game appeals to everybody. Write your review and move.
Have a good day.
That being said, the improvement since release is huge. I gave it a 5/10 back then, but now its at least a solid 6/10.
