As for nudity? Best bet is to click the "Screenshots" option at the top of the page. Should give a fair idea (most of the time).
This is not to be confused with the "Artwork" option which will give you a very different result.
Even with the censor off, you never see the lower parts, hardly even bare breasts, so it's like watching some movie with teen rating or something. It's just pre-recorded scenes with some confusing camera angles...
What makes the game rated 18 is probably the violence and gore, which there is plenty off (can also be mostly avoided depending on playstyle).
This is a game set in a city of "sin" (as best as I can describe it). Nobody's phased by it all being laid out there in the open. Violence is a way of life. Sex is no big deal. Immature language is the only language spoken.
