Not counting joytoys (which are repeatable) the maximum number of people you can see your V "doing the dirty" with is four.
Three of which are avoidable (also the joytoys).

As for nudity? Best bet is to click the "Screenshots" option at the top of the page. Should give a fair idea (most of the time).
This is not to be confused with the "Artwork" option which will give you a very different result.

Like someone mentioned earlier, the sex scenes aren't exactly hardcore, barely even softcore.

Even with the censor off, you never see the lower parts, hardly even bare breasts, so it's like watching some movie with teen rating or something. It's just pre-recorded scenes with some confusing camera angles...

What makes the game rated 18 is probably the violence and gore, which there is plenty off (can also be mostly avoided depending on playstyle).

Except during character generation, where it is possible but pointless to hide or unhide genitals.

There are adverts that can be encountered. Unicorns with a sextoy for the horn. A male prostitute vomiting in a toilet as an advert for a TV show. A revealing advert for dating older women. Jig-jig street with the prostitutes and poledancers, a required location for the main quest.

This is a game set in a city of "sin" (as best as I can describe it). Nobody's phased by it all being laid out there in the open. Violence is a way of life. Sex is no big deal. Immature language is the only language spoken.
