Gig: "Olive Branch" Bug?

Apparently there's a Strength check to get into the car you need to deliver named "take control" (as if someone was already behind the wheel and I wanted to steal it) and Sergei doesn't give you any sort of key, this wasn't a problem when I played a strength character but now that I'm using another build I literally can't choose to deliver it to the Tiger Claws, if there is no fix to this bug then non-strength characters are forced to free the trunk guy just to finish the gig.

Any other discussion regarding this bug is either Sergei or the delivery car not spawning (not my case) so I haven't seen anyone point this out. Any help?

I did not have this one happen so far, but as a workaround one thing that might help depending on how high the strength requirement is, is that high tier gorilla arms give you a +6 on strength checks.
