Delamin last car glitched North Side Watson

I really hate it when the devs mess around with the game and then don't pay attention to any location dependent quests when they start "enchancing" the map. The last Delamin car quest is glitched, it doesn't spawn. you go to the area everyone says and its transformed to a gang trash zone, even going to the marker it doesn't spawn. I swear to GOD nothing pisses me off more than when this happens

the last car is behind a red break wall and there's are some huge industrial oil/gas tanks nearby in the opposite direction

So it wouldn't spawn and the marker was taking me to some other place. Fast traveling and switching quests seemed to work. But thank you

There is the overall mission marker that does leads to an empty spot on the map and the individual markers which do all lead to cars.

It's a bug since launch.
