User settings data is corrupted and cannot be saved

I am receiving this message after the update and trying to change graphic settings. It crashes the game. I disabled Redmod (had Night City Alive installed), but it didn't fix the issues. The other mods I have installed are mostly related to texture overhauls.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Should I delete all mods and verify game cache?

Yeah. They haven't addressed this yet. It started after 2.2. Still waiting.

I uninstalled the game along with all my mods and reinstalled it for this patch.

Delete the user settings file from appdata folder and run the game. Its always a good practice to reset you graphic settings with cyberpunk after patches that effect well graphic settings.

I ended up deleting a ton of files to get rid of mods and verified the game cache. Game seems to work fine now. I'll try deleting the user settings in appdata if I encounter this again.
