Missing Head
Greetings, I installed mods, and now im missing the head of fem V. Only the hair, teeth, and piercings show. What can I do to fix this?

Any of the mods that go on the head/face may be causing this problem. When I have problems with mods, I remove them one by one until I find the mod that is causing the problem. It's a bit of work, especially if there are a lot of mods, but that's how I do it.

It sounds like you installed some, but not all of the VTK body/head textures. Make sure you've installed everything necessary.
