Dendritic protoplasma supplier (still) bugged?

Just bought the dendritic protoplasma supplier at the market in Dog Town but the RAM regen rate did not go up the said 1%. Seems it was bugged in the past, anyone knows if the bug is still not patched out - at least it seems so, just asking to be sure.

Curious about this too still. I bought it from the vendor and it doesn't appear in my inventory either. Either it's bugged or it auto applies? Even if it auto applies, I don't see a stat increase...

It not turning up in the inventory isn't a bug, they are one of three such items that are auto-consumed at the moment of purchase.
Other than that all I know for sure is what the wiki says.

There's three of them and they give a total 10% boost to RAM recovery rate. But there's five that can get gotten in total, so each should give a 2% boost?
However.... I'm willing to bet this isn't a flat +1%/+2%/+10% etc added directly to the stat (because these things rarely work that way). But a (in total) 10% boost of whatever your default base level RAM regen is. Which would explain why the numbers aren't going up as you expected.
