More content to the DLC Hideout - Kess Street?
So I've run into 2 things that hint at there being possibly more content (story) involving the Kess Street hideout, and was curious if anyone had come across them.
1. So, first is that mention by Jacob about people dying in droves in the building due to stroking out, implying something nefarious going on. The only thing I could find that might speak to this is the Relic node at the lower level? It's got a ton of junkies hanging around it, and the majority of them are having seizures and clutching their heads but....I mean that's all over Night City, and they don't stop doing it when you collect the Relic point. So is there something else going on? Did they actually implement it?

2. When you do the Mr. Hands gig about the optic implant and schematics, if you let Hasan go, Mr. Hands texts you later about hearing someone tried to sell the implant, and was last seen at "an abandoned building on Kess Street" But I didn't see any signs of Hasan when I checked it out.

Anyone have any details on these things? I'm curious but not having much luck with my investigations.

Think the large amount of deaths is possibly connected to the Blackwall. There could be a thin or weak point there. Or possibly R.A.B.I.D.S?
Don't think the Relic nodes can cause the deaths, tho they might drive you mad from the noise lol.

Hasan will be there on one of the two floors, on a mattress. He's lost his eye as the ripper screwed him over. He's pissed off, depressed and doing substances/brain dances.
He's usually over near a corner where there is a barrel fire and iirc he's kinda hard to see as there is a barrier between you and him, those waist high rusty yellow ones.

And it's Kress not Kess. Named after President Elizabeth Kress, the sitting president during the AHQ disaster.
You can mention it to Myers and she's a bit salty over the fact Kress got a street named after her.
Totally forgetting that it's in Dogtown, the place even the hopeless don't want to go to die.

Ah yes, Kress, my bad. IIRC, the name is actually a bit of a joke on the name of the VA for Myers herself. That it's actually her name, or something very close to it.

Regarding Hasan, can you actually talk to him? Like does he acknowledge the situation and have dialogue, or is it just if you happen to notice the NPC design and model and go "oh hey, that random dude is Hasan" ?
There's another bit at Kress Street during PL which I won't spoil...

Well I've played through PL but I don't remember anything significant happening there in the main storyline? To clarify this is my 2nd playthrough of PL. What are you referring to? I'm seriously not sure what you are referencing? I'm sitting here trying to think of a scene where we go back there and....I'm drawing a blank.
Hmm. There is this message from "Ronald P. T. Mallone". You know, that guy that sell some random junk outside of Captain Caliente. If you chat him up, he starts sending you messages after a while. Random gossip... like how Kerry Eurodyne has an appartment in DT or how Hansen scrolls BDs as a hobby. And this:

One of Hands' gigs. There's a small non-Dogtown part to it as well. Ties in with some of the PL endings

Please provide the name of the gig if you could, I'd like to redo that one soon so I can see what you are referring to. Thought I did all of Hands's gigs xD
