With your 3070TI?
3070ti was outdated in terms of ray tracing the moment they updated the requirements because it only had power equal to 2080ti when the game launched. If I recall correctly they did it two times. First with 30 series and then with 40 series.
And review of FSR4 here

This game along with all their other games were funded by Nvidia. CDPR is a Nvidia exclusive partner and will only make games that uses Nvidia technology.
Hoping AMD makes slightly higher end version like a 9080 or 9070XTX or something. Heard older RDNA cards don't have the hardware for FSR4, which is a shame because CP77 has - by far - the worst implementation of FSR I've ever seen. Even FSR2 and 1 look better in other games of similar visual fidelity.
Glad AFMF2.1 came to RDNA3 at least; it's a pretty big improvement over the previous version, barely any visual artifacts.
But the FSR 3 implementation in Cyberpunk is probably the worst one in any game that uses FSR 3...
They could have gone with FSR 3.1 which is quite an improvement over FSR 3, but chose not to then did such a crap job with FSR 3 that they left FSR 2.1 in the game as well still not the best looks a lot better than FSR 3.
You miss the frame gen with 2.1 but if you have an AMD graphics card any way you can use AFMF 2.1 frame gen in the latest drivers which in this game is a lot better than the FSR 3 frame gen... Or just download losses scaling from steam.
