MaxTac immune to suicide and cyberpsychosis hacks?

So I maxed out hacks etc. But MaxTac is simply immune to suicide and cyberpsychosis hacks.
I already tried the mod "Hack Everyone" but it did not change this.

Is there any mod to enable this?

Cyberpsychosis doesn't work on them because they already are XD

There's three possibilities.

1) The Netrunner in their group is able to shield them from such attacks (while alive).
2) As mentioned above, as canon they employ cyberpsychos directly in their ranks. You're basically casting "induce insanity" on the already insane.
3) Both. Because both is always also an option.

Still would like a mod to actually disable that. Even if it is just for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles.

No idea if they are immune, but they have such a crazy amount of hp that Suicide would do nothing anyway.
Even 4-bar mobs don't kill themselves with Suicide - kinda funny to watch.
