Report a translation problem
You can do it without any thirdparty software.
Just edit inputUserMappings.xml (located in Steam/steamapps/common/Cyberpunk 2077/r6/config) to your liking and save the file as read only. I've had to do that quite a few times as an ESDF player.
Ahhh. Thank you. That is good to know. If I ever have occasion to re-map keys in this game, I will keep that in mind.
This seems not the binding preferences but a sort of copy of all binding.
In game binding panel I achieved chance "second interaction" key from R o something else. But it seems bugged and not work for this meta command in context of carrying body or pick and equip weapon on ground.
So in this file I search all "IK_R" and changed them all in "IK_0" I wanted use the Numpad 0 but didn't found its name.
After in game I lost some useless (secondary) interaction options, but also it fixed my problem.
I took care put the file in read only, so thanks, but that's garbage, the custom binding in game UI for secondary interaction should have work.
