3070 isn't good for this game for 4k

Kinda struggling.
For a card that cost that much.
Kinda feel ripped off.
The ps4 version runs fine. there is a ps5 version to that runs even better.

Just set it at 1440p for now.

Ofc. not, it`s 1080p card that can also do 1440p 60 fps in most games.

A 3070 was never ment to play at 4k. A xx70 is good for 1080p or 1440p at 60FPS anything above isnt reliable.
PS4 doenst have the dlc and the PS5 is probally upscaled 4k with 30 FPS xD

Anyways it's 1920x1080 resolution card and it wont even run new tittles with good fps cause it's out dated. 4 years for computer hardware is pretty long time.

going into the menu for the map lags the game. ingame is easyer to run then the map in the settings.

3070 has 8gb VRAM which isn't enough to run the game in 4k. That's a hard fact, you can only make it playable by lowering the resolution.
If you are a 4k gamer, you better have enough money for top tier cards. That's what it takes to play at such a resolution.

However right now it isn't a good time to buy a new GPU. Prices are inflated.

If you want to play Cyberpunk in 4K then you need minimum RTX 4070 Ti Super, RTX 4080 or better.

Back then I had a 3080, res 5120x1440. Still had to compromise to achieve stable 30-40fps.
Last week my new 5070ti came, finally I can max out everything and acheive smooth 60fps-ish. So Cyberpunk 2077 is a bit like Crysis back then, nobody was able to play it in max quality..

You can play it in 4K but not native 4K, you have to enable DLSS. I was playing Cyberpunk 2077 in upscaled 4K via DLSS using an RTX 2070 back 4-5 years ago. You should be able to do it with a 3070.

PS5 is basically an RTX 2070 Super and it's using some type of upscaling technology like DLSS.

So basically, enable DLSS.
