When you uninstalled the game to do a re-install did you delete the installation folder? The game might be leaving things behind. Try uninstalling, deleting the installation folder then reinstalling. Also, uninstall any mods you're using in case one or more of them is causing an issue. Try a fresh install of the vanilla game to see if that works.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. Not only did I uninstall the game, but I also formatted the SSD and reset my PC to factory settings and the problem still persists.
That's really strange. The only other thing I can think of is checking to see if any of your hardware is overclocked and if so, try running the game with your PC at stock frequencies.
Hi bro, sorry for taking so long to respond. The error occurs when loading a game, I actually didn't try to start a new campaign out of laziness.
Sorry for the late reply. My PC doesn't have overclocking enabled due to instability issues with the i9 13900KF processor, however, as you mentioned, check the frequencies and set them to default
(I think you mean the RAM memories)
I noticed that they were working at 2500 Hz and in order to manipulate the frequency I had to update the BIOS since the previous one didn't allow me to configure the XMP profile.
Curiously, I started the game again and it didn't give me any problems even though I only played for a short period. I'll keep you informed of the results
Taking DarkFire's advice as a reference, I installed the latest Bios for my motherboard and I think it will give me positive results.
You should do it maybe and it will be the solution to this problem my friend
