Streetkid, my first was a hothead from what I remember. Corpo made you feel slimy because they know how the game of power is played.
IMO it's worth playing them all. Your perspective on the events as a whole is consistent throughout.
Night City is never boring. No matter who you are.
I play that for my second run don't worry
Citation?
As for OP, the lifepath doesnt change much, choose whatever you think your V should be.
Definitely have the worst unique quest rewards IMO, but Corporat's gun isn't very useful and can be bought from the Dogtown vendor anyway so that's not really a big deal.
IMO Nomad has by far the worst and most boring backstory, especially in regard to their relationship with Jackie. Makes up for it by having easily the best unique quest reward as well as some very useful dialogue choices (even if they dont have as many as the others).
Corporat and Street Kid IMO are tied in terms of my favorite backstories for V.
