You might want to download Bluescreenview and share the log file so we can take a more specific look onto this matter.
Id also advise you to open a thread on the hardware sub to reach more people who could potentially help you.

I may add that the computer is rather new, bought and assembled in October 2024 and runs every test etc perfectly fine. Cyberpunk 2077 is the only time that I had any crash etc happen, though again, it did not happen directly in the game, but after alt-tabbing (I did get to be on the desktop for like 1-2 seconds).
What program did you use to run diagnostics for your GPU, CPU and Ram (if at all)?
You're not by any chance overclocking anything, are you? If your CPU or GPU is running too hot, they can actually bring up a BSOD.
Ensure you have adequate cooling because Cyberpunk really makes PCs run on all cylinders.
Not sure if you're running one now, but a temp monitor like MSI afterburner with Rivatuner (for NVidia gpus) can help you see your temps in real time as you play.
Hope you find a solution.
hmmm... I just read this after I made my reply..
That is strange...
EDIT: Yeah, see if you can monitor your temps while playing the game and if it does it again.
You could run those commands for starters in that exact order and each by each. Open cmd with admin rights:
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealth
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Did it find something?
Would also be nice to know how exactly youve tested your hardware? I think this has been asked by another user already.
You may want to use Prime95 for your CPU, MemTest and Memtest86 for your Ram, CrystalDiskMark for your hard drive, 3DMark for your GPU and so on.
There is nothing more reliable then these tools but you need to run multiple cycles overs hours to get sure. Memtest only needs 1-2 cycles most of the time.
edit: Get sure to use default BIOS settings.
I honestly do not think it was necessarily the game's fault (though performance was just at about 38FPS at 5K (5120x1440 res), which is not great for that setup. Temps are fine (hitting about the upper 60°C, checked via MSI Afterburner and HWMonitor)
Debugger says that its a driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL, which basically means its a software issue. This is caused most likely by one of your drivers.
edit:
If i had to point my finger onto something, Id say something Windows related than 3rd party.
