Jago and voodoo boys mission won't progress

I keep going to the field where I'm supposed to meet the voodoo boys. I have the Jago suit on and have activated the cloak but nothing happens. I just wander around the area but they never show up. I've tried at night as well. Any suggestions? I've been stuck on this mission for awhile and can't progress whenever I return to it.

You mean the mission in front of the Church, where youre are supposed to go to the Railing (small clock symbol will be visible at the correct position) and wait? And after that entering the Church?

had the same issue.. i fixed it by reloading a save data before the mission

Ahh bummer. I have long forgotten where I was in my saves since I kept playing after finishing the game again. I guess I will hope they fix whatever hangs that mission up in a patch.

I'm not sure none of that sounds familiar. It's in dog town in a sandy elevated position by some very brief underground tunnels and other construction sites.
