How to use 4 weapons
I noticed that when I hold down Alt, 4 weapon slots appear, but I can't equip them.

I think arm cyberware weaponry is one of the slots

4 is Fist or Cyberware arm weapon. You can switch between the two while holding down the ctrl (right) key. At least that's the key in my game, I may have remapped it at some point. It can sometimes be useful to swap to fists to incapacitate an enemy if you have no other means to do so.
